Dierdre Gaddy
 Founder & Principal Designer
Dierdre Gaddy is the founder of Design Republic LLC, bringing 16+ years of experience in luxury interior design. Her style brings in classic, organic aesthetics with layered textures and neutral tones, creating spaces that feel personal and well thought out.
Originally from Jamaica, Dierdre’s love for design started early, influenced by her architect brother. She pursued her passion in Miami, earning an MFA and winning Best in Show at IDEC for her thesis. After working in commercial design and sales, she moved to Las Vegas, where she honed her expertise in hospitality and high-end residential interiors.
In 2024, she launched Design Republic, specializing in multi-million-dollar estates, custom furnishings, and staging for investment properties. Her previous work has been featured in Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing LA, The Spruce Magazine, Vegas Magazine, and around Las Vegas and Henderson’s most exclusive communities – MacDonald Highlands, Lake Las Vegas, The Ridges, and The Summit Club. Design Republic is now featured in Red Rock City Lifestyle Magazine, further establishing her presence in the luxury market.
Dierdre has hopes of expanding her services to South Florida, Utah, and Jamaica while continuing to design homes that capture her clients’ lives and aspirations in and around Las Vegas. Outside of work, she loves to travel and unwind with a beachside cocktail or enjoy a quiet evening with tea and a documentary, always recharging for the next project. She also loves spending quality family time with her daughter and husband, and takes her weekends with them very seriously!
Ashley Chowdhury
 Assistant Designer
Ashley Chowdhury supports the creative process at Design Republic, ensuring every detail stays true to Dierdre’s vision. Originally from Phoenix, she draws inspiration from the desert’s natural beauty, incorporating organic textures and balanced tones into her work.
Her design perspective comes from her Indian heritage, world travels, and a love for artful details that make a space feel lived-in and meaningful. At Design Republic, Ashley curates materials, coordinates logistics, and assists with client projects, making sure every space is both functional and well-executed.
When she’s not working, she’s hiking, exploring new cities, or discovering design influences from different cultures, always bringing fresh ideas back to the studio.
